Known for recreation and wildlife, the swans are regular visitors to the lake.
The lake has two sides commonly referred to as the big lake and small lake.
Once a public attraction, Lake Teresa is now a beautiful, private growing community on 154 acres of property nestled around a 47-acre lake located in Linden, NC with 57 property owners as of May, 2022.
